"Turnkey" is one of those words that gets used a lot and explained rarely. In an interior project it means exactly what it sounds like: one team takes responsibility for everything, and at the end you turn the key and walk into a finished space. No juggling separate designers, carpenters, and contractors — and no gaps between them where mistakes and delays love to hide.

Here is how a turnkey fit-out actually unfolds, stage by stage.

1. Site survey & brief

Everything starts with understanding the space and what you want from it. We measure the site precisely, note existing services and constraints, and talk through how you will use each area, your style, and your budget. A good brief at this stage prevents expensive surprises later.

2. Design & 3D visualisation

Next we translate the brief into a design — layouts, materials, finishes, and lighting — and bring it to life with photorealistic 3D renders. Seeing the space before anything is built lets you make confident decisions and adjust freely while changes are still just pixels.

3. Quotation & approval

Once the design is agreed, you receive a detailed, itemised quotation and a project schedule. You know what you are getting, what it costs, and when it will be done — before any work begins. Nothing moves forward until you sign off.

4. Manufacturing

This is where in-house control matters most. Because we manufacture our own joinery and cabinetry, we govern quality from the raw timber to the finished unit. Working off precise shop drawings, each element is built and finished in a controlled workshop rather than improvised on site.

5. Installation & coordination

Our team installs the work and coordinates every other trade — electrical, plumbing, glass, metal, and paint — so the sequence is right and the site stays clean and on schedule. A single project manager is your point of contact throughout, which means one number to call and one person accountable.

6. Handover

Before we hand over, we run a detailed snagging and quality check, fix anything that falls short, and clean the space. You receive a finished result that matches the 3D design you approved at the start.

The value of turnkey is not just convenience — it is accountability. One team owns the outcome.

Is turnkey right for your project?

Turnkey suits anyone who wants a single, accountable partner and a predictable result — whether it is a villa, an office, or a retail space. If you would rather not manage a cast of separate trades yourself, it is usually the calmer, faster route.
